Finding Zen
Is a very personal journey & for each of us, we will walk the path in our own unique & individual way. - There is no correct or specific formula for finding peace, as all of us are created in the various aspects of the Universal Creator & reflect our unique qualities that have been given to us as our gifts.
Find peace within yourself
When you look at your life, do you like what you see? - Do you get excited about getting up in the morning & greeting the sun? Does a great conversation with family & friends excite you & stimulate your mind? Do you enjoy what you do for a living? - Love going to work & find every day rewarding?.......If not, what can you do to change?
Finding peace comes from within, recognizing what works well in your life & building on these abilities. Noticing as well, what is not working for you & then making changes to these areas of our lives. It is easy for me to say "make the change" however ALL of us have been in situations where "changing" has not occurred - just take your last New Year’s Resolution as an example......(still working on fulfilling mine...) Looking at the manifestations in our lives that are not working, is challenging. However, it is only by facing our fears & challenges, that we can continue to grow as a person & find the inner peace that we have been searching for. If you feel that it will be too challenging to face your obstacles by yourself, the help of a kinesiologist may be the answer you have been searching for. The benefits of seeing a kinesiologist, is that they are able to help you to refocus your thinking regarding a particular situation to enable you to view it from a more positive perspective. |
