I have a background in the study of many proactive approaches to holistic health.

I have been working in the Complementary Health industry since 1997. I first become interested in all things "complementary" after having my three children and deciding that there must be a more nurturing and holistic approach to health care and personal well-being in the 21st century.

I believe that it is not enough to treat the symptoms. The WHOLE person, & your individual circumstances must  taken into consideration. The relationship between the body, mind & spirit is of the utmost importance, and all the therapies that I practice incorporate this philosophy.

I feel that we must be there to support each other (physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.) This should also reflect in how we manage our health & wellbeing.

My background working life, before becoming a holistic practitioner, was is in customer relations, retails sales, marketing & training & managing an electrical business for 14 years.

I have worked in the retail industry – since the age of 15, hospitality industry on & off as the need arose, and the automobile industry for 9 years. After children I moved into the exciting area of direct sales, and ran a dynamic party plan business with a number of direct distributors for 5 years.  Feeling like I needed to move in a different
direction, I then went onto managing a successful electrical contracting business for 15 years.

This diverse training, has given me a fantastic grounding, in the many faceted areas of commerce. 

All of which have now been successfully integrated, within my own clinic practice.

I combine a practical common sense approach with new ideas & theories which are beneficial for replenishing the body mind & spirit.
